Product Details

Aluminum square tubing is available in the 6063-T52 alloy. It is an extruded tube with square corners inside and outside, with no welded seam. Tubing typically has tighter manufacturing tolerances than pipe with uniform dimensions and smooth interior walls. Tubing is measured using the outside diameter (OD) and wall thickness. Square tube is often used in custom fabrication projects such as frame work, support columns, gates and fencing, handrails, and more. It is popular for its good workability and strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance. Cut2Size Metals will pack your square tubing safely in our tailored, high-quality packaging with same-day shipping on most orders. Order full-length tube or custom-cut lengths today.

Not looking for square aluminum tubing? We also have aluminum round tubing and aluminum rectangular tubing.

  • Standard sizes & custom cuts: Stock tubing is 21 ft. and can be custom-cut to any length.
