Aluminum pipe is lightweight, weldable, and corrosion-resistant; designed to transport fluids or gases. It is used for interior and exterior applications that include railings Cut2Size Metals carries extruded (seamless) 6061-T6 and 6063-T6 aluminum pipe with a dull mill finish. Note: 6063-T6 is more formable and is commonly used for handrails, whereas the 6061-T6 alloy is not as formable.

Pipe is measured using the nominal size (inside diameter) and its schedule. But be sure to check the inside diameter before ordering. If you are looking for a specific outside diameter, please go to our aluminum round tubing page. Choose sizes, or you can order just what you need, with a cut-to-size length. Most orders ship same-day in tailored, high-quality packaging so you can dive into your project.

  • Standard sizes & custom cuts: Stock pipe is 12 ft. or 20 ft. and can be custom cut to any length.
  • Custom-cut tolerance: +/- 1/16". If you need a tighter tolerance, call us!
