Cut2Size Metals offers aluminum sheets in two alloys: 3003-H14 and 6061-T6. The 3003-H14 is a softer, more formable aluminum sheet. Its H14 temper indicates that it's been strain-hardened and partially annealed, balancing strength and formability. The 6061-T6 is the harder, more machinable aluminum sheet. Its T6 temper signifies a solution heat-treated and artificially aged, offering increased toughness. Both 6061-T6 and 3003-H14 aluminum sheets offer lightweight properties, strong corrosion resistance, and excellent weldability. At Cut2Size Metals, we offer a wide selection of aluminum sheet in both standard and custom-cut sizes to meet your project's exact needs. With our knowledgeable staff and same-day shipping on most orders, your project success is our priority.

Note: Aluminum sheet thickness is measured in decimal inches up to .190 inch (3/16 inch) thick. For 1/4 inch thick and above, visit our aluminum plate page.
