Continuing the Tradition: A Father's Day Reflection

Reflecting on Father's Day, I honor the legacy of my grandfather Barney Hubbard and my father Mark Hubbard, whose unwavering commitment to quality and innovation has guided Evansville Sheet Metal Works to success.

As Father's Day approaches, I have been reflecting on the history of Evansville Sheet Metal Works, and specifically the men who shaped it - my father, Mark Hubbard, and my grandfather, our founder, Barney Hubbard. I've been personally blessed by their wisdom, love, and support. But it's not just me; they've made a tremendous difference in the lives of our customers and employees as well.

Barney was truly an entrepreneur. He traded a secure job for the chance to build a better life for his family. A jack-of-all-trades, Barney handled everything from estimates to sheet metal work to operations. Quality was non-negotiable for him; long after he had moved from the shop floor to the office, he would still personally inspect each job to ensure our customers received the best craftsmanship we had to offer.
My father, Mark, built on Barney's legacy with innovation. He introduced cutting-edge technology into our fabrication processes, significantly elevating our business and enhancing our ability to better serve customers like you. Mark's dedication to nurturing strong relationships with our customers by delivering quality craftsmanship every time remains a cornerstone of our philosophy.

As the third-generation leader at Evansville Sheet Metal Works, I've had the privilege of meeting customers across the nation through cut2sizemetals.com, our online metal store. Building on the foundations laid by my father and grandfather, it's been a joy to extend our family tradition of quality and service to you.

This Father's Day, we pay tribute to Barney's memory and appreciate Mark's ongoing guidance. We recommit to their vision to keep Evansville Sheet Metal Works an industry leader and trusted partner for you.

Wishing you and your loved ones a Happy Father's Day.
Warm Regards,

Andy Hubbard
